Chopped Sphagnum Moss
Coarse shopped sphagnum moss is a renewable resource that is harvested from swamps. Chopped sphagnum moss is an ideal media to increase the moisture retention of a mix and is a good subsitute for coarse peat moss. Its short golden strands are clean and easy to work with. It mixes wonderfully with other media and is an ideal ingredient in a blend for seedlings or fine rooted orchids.
